What Students Will Learn:
Week 1: Concept & Composition — Developing a visual idea through sketching, thumbnailing, and reference gathering
Week 2: Surface Prep & Underdrawing — Planning color palettes and value structure, and establishing an underdrawing
Week 3–4: Painting Execution — Guided studio time with demos on technique, layering, and problem-solving
Week 5: Finishing & Critique — Refinement, final touches, and group discussion and feedback
