Head Drawing: Shapes, Structure, & Anatomy

This class will bridge the fundamentals of academic drawing with structural anatomy. Each week will be broken down as follows:
Head: Proportions & strategies for quickly capturing the correct placement of the head
Eyes & Nose: Anatomy & structure
Mouth & Ears: Anatomy & structure
Shape Design & Structural analysis: Understand the structure of the face and how to simplify it using the academic process
Live Model: On the last day of class we will work from a live model to put all of the lessons together
By the end, you will have a solid grasp of how to construct a head from any angle.
